Enhancing B2B E-commerce with Advanced Integrations

Challenge

A B2B e-commerce platform required a comprehensive solution to manage payment processing, order tracking, and multilingual support while ensuring efficient event management and secure data storage.

Solution

Synergy Technologies undertook the project to enhance the e-commerce platform by leveraging third-party integrations and robust backend infrastructure. We developed the application using Next.js and React.js with TypeScript for the front end, and Go for developing RESTful APIs and event management on the backend. Data storage was managed using Postgres SQL DB, and the infrastructure was hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Synergy integrated Stripe for seamless payment processing, Ship 24 for efficient order tracking, and the i18n package for translating static content. Google Translation handled dynamic content translation, and Zapier supported an in-house chatbot. Our event-driven architecture subscribed to specific events, triggering responses to ensure smooth operations and user notifications.
