CHALLENGE
Guidewell was experiencing pain from the inability to find and retain specific technical talent (React, Java, Node js) and from an increasingly crowded campus.
SOLUTION
Synergy was in the process of finalizing their 35 seat Offsite Development Center (ODC) at 800 Water Street in downtown Jacksonville and was made aware of the challenge Guidewell was experiencing. The center was to house the entire team of 30 developers (Synergy Employees) moving forward with another 4000 square feet of future-use. Synergy agreed to immediately execute the agreement and build out the remaining space with another 36 workspaces and conference areas. The ODC then hosted the entire Web and Mobile team under the current statement of work and peaked at 70 workers concurrently.
OUTCOME
The free agent revolution is upon us as nearly one in three workers are now entertaining ‘gig work’ to make their livings. Corporations often block this talent from engaging with them directly. Synergy knows that through diligent compliance and structured communication, these independent contractors can used without significant risk and with a high value re-engagement opportunity.

CHALLENGE
Stratascale needed a resource and program solution for their Client – Bimbo Bakeries. The Cloud environment needed 24/7 support for their production and development services.
SOLUTION
Synergy crafted a solution that provides 24/7 support with escalation paths and documentation to Bimbo’s onsite Knowledge-base. The pattern of response went to IT Works internal desk and then to Synergy’s offsite development center where the issue was documented, researched and remediated. The solution is delivered to the team and deployed on the development environment, verified and pushed to production and the next opportunity.

Synergy enabled Stratascale to provide to their Client a right-sized solution for a pain that needed addressing. Stratascale continues to grow their footprint at the Client and Stratascale is now leveraging Synergy for a wide-variety of Talent Solutions

Salesforce is unquestioned leader of CRM, and while we could have taken the approach of customizing Salesforce to meet this insurer’s needs, we knew that it would leave them with a solution that would be difficult to maintain, and no longer benefit from the upgrade cycles the cloud CRM leader provides
OUTCOME
Working together, we identified and implemented a solution tailor made for the industry, one that would better connect their 200 users with their partner agencies to share leads and manage customers together. In just two and a half months, and with zero service disruption, we replaced Salesforce.com with Agent Cubed and helped get this insurer to the next level of customer intimacy.
